The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Eugene Downtown - University, was clean, the staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast had many choices and the coffee was good.

Lots to like - there is a small pool and hot tub good for relaxing with the kids after a long day out. The hotel breakfast was surprisingly good, even for my partner, who is GF and sensitive to lots of other things. Easy to find, plenty of parking, and very friendly staff. Well-staffed, as well. The place was crawling with employees the morning we left.

We've previously stayed at HIE in Lincoln City, that experience made us want to try them in Eugene. All staff was friendly and helpful from reception to room cleaner. Breakfast was great, just not enough space for 6 of us at one table, but we all sat. We had one big room with 2 Queen beds and a hideaway. Perfectly comfortable. Plenty of coffee makings tip!

This hotel was very close to the freeway which made the location perfect for us. This was a stopover for us. It's close to good restaurants and has a great breakfast. It was the most comfortable hotel we stayed at during our long trip.

Great breakfast choices. The rooms had a nice bench and desk. And very long comfortable chaise lounge. The bed was very soft and comfy.

A very nice hotel in a great location for visiting univ of Oregon. Staff were wonderful , accommodations were clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast offering. Grocery store nearby and room had a refrigerator, microwave and even some paper plates and utensils . Small but well supplied fitness room and indoor pool

Walkable to Hayward field/matthew Knight arena Spacious room. Pillows/bedding were great. So accommodating with parking even after checkout. Friendly. Relatively quiet room for a hotel. Everything was great. Breakfast had real options… not just a muffin and an apple.

Manager and another staff member were very helpful with a room change to my preferred layout and then shuffling reservations around to allow me to extend my stay in the same room. Much appreciated.

Breakfast was a value add. Staff and other guests were friendly. Clean property, over all positive experience and would stay again! Location is walkable to all University needs.
